How to Import a Subscription Link (Hiddify, Clash, Shadowrocket)

After you tap a region flag, the popup shows three buttons under the QR code, split by the subscription type an app uses, not by operating system. Each button carries app names (scrolling when they do not fit), with the subscription type in small print underneath. Whichever you click, that kind of URL is copied to the clipboard and the QR code switches to it too, ready to scan with a matching app.

sing-box subscription: for Hiddify, the official sing-box app, GUI.for.SingBox and Karing. An https:// address that returns a JSON configuration, already including routing rules and a rule that rejects IPv6, so no “subscription template” is needed on top. This is the QR code shown when the popup first opens.

Clash subscription: for Clash Meta (mihomo), Clash Verge, FlClash, Stash, Mihomo Party, Clash Nyanpasu, ClashX Meta and OpenClash. The address returns a Clash YAML configuration; paste it into the client as a subscription / profile, then turn on System Proxy or TUN mode.

Share link: a single line starting with hysteria2:// that describes one node without rules. For NekoBox, Shadowrocket, v2rayN, v2rayNG, Streisand, V2Box, Loon, Egern, Husi, NekoRay, Pharos Pro, Bedlam, Furious, daed, Lumen KVN and Kitty Pro; choose “import from clipboard” in the client.

Subscription converter: a third-party service that turns one subscription format into another. We provide all three formats directly, so no conversion is needed — and handing a link that contains your credentials to a converter site is a common way to leak an account. Do not.

Pick your system and follow the screenshots. The button on the right plays the video, and any screenshot enlarges when you click it.

• iPhone and iPad have no video: install Hiddify from the App Store (search “Hiddify”) and import the same way as in the Android screenshots. Android can also install from Google Play. Hiddify ships with the sing-box core, nothing else to install.
• Hiddify desktop installs from this site’s download page: Windows, macOS and Linux, with separate packages for Intel and Apple Silicon.
• When the QR code is showing on another device, use Hiddify’s “Scan QR code”.
• The first button (the one starting with Hiddify / sing-box) copies an import link that opens the app on a phone, and a plain https:// config URL on a computer, because import links do not reliably open the app on Windows and Linux, while pasting a URL works everywhere. You can also use “New profile → Remote profile” in Hiddify, paste the URL and save.
• The first connection asks for VPN permission; allow it.
• Each region is a separate profile: for more regions, go back, tap another flag and import again, then switch in the profile list. To get every region outside China at once, use “Import all regions · auto-select” at the top of the page and let the client choose; it leaves out the China region and is not offered as a share link.

Clients such as NekoBox and Shadowrocket do not read sing-box JSON but all support the hysteria2 protocol. On this site, tap a region flag and then the button starting with NekoBox / Shadowrocket (subtitle “Share link”) to get a hysteria2:// line, then choose “import from clipboard” in the client; or, after clicking the button, simply scan the QR code above, which has switched to match.

The share link carries the node only, not the rules, so split routing and IPv6 handling are up to the client: users abroad watching Chinese content should route Chinese domains through the node rather than “direct” and disable IPv6, or video sites will show the region-restriction error.

Clash-family clients (Clash Meta / mihomo, Clash Verge, FlClash, Stash): do not use the share link, since they cannot import a single hysteria2:// line as a profile. In the popup, click the button starting with Clash Meta (subtitle “Clash subscription”; the QR code switches to the Clash one too) and paste the copied URL into the client as a subscription / profile. The same URL returns Clash YAML when a Clash-family client fetches it and JSON when Hiddify does, so no subscription converter is needed. After importing, turn on System Proxy or TUN mode in the client.

Every client listed on the share-link button supports hysteria2. Our share links use an extended hysteria2 format that a few clients cannot parse; if the import fails or it will not connect, switch to Hiddify.

Not usable: Surge supports hysteria2 but only reads its own configuration format, so none of the three subscription types fit; Quantumult X does not support this kind of line. The original Clash and Clash for Windows cores do not support hysteria2; use one of the mihomo-core clients above instead.

On iOS, Shadowrocket is a paid app while Hiddify is free and reads the subscription directly; without a specific reason, use Hiddify.

It does not expire with time. The token in the config URL is tied to your account and works as long as the account is valid; renewing or changing plan never requires a re-import.

Changing your password invalidates the old config URL immediately — by design, so you can revoke access if a phone is lost or a link leaks. After changing it, scan the QR code again.

Scan a separate code on each device — don't share one code or config address across devices. The same config connected from two places at once counts as two devices.

After the account expires the config URL returns 401, which the client shows as “failed to fetch subscription” or a connection failure; after renewing, the existing profile works again without changes.

One case does need a manual re-import: profiles imported before September 2026 lack the IPv6-reject rule, and Chinese video sites may show a region error from abroad. Delete the old profile and scan again to pick up the new rules.

• “Failed to fetch subscription / 401”: log in to the site and check whether the account has expired or the password was changed; either invalidates the old URL — scan again.
• Import succeeded but the connection times out: try another region first. A region’s address may have just been replaced — tap “update subscription” in the client to fetch the latest config. Regions are separate profiles; one failing does not affect the others.
• Connected but no internet: usually the client’s own routing rules send traffic to “direct”. Set the default outbound to the node, or remove rules you added.
• “Invalid QR code” when scanning: the QR code shown when the popup first opens is for sing-box clients such as Hiddify; with any other client, click its own button first so the QR code switches to that type, then scan. The code also contains your credentials, so one scanned from someone else’s screenshot will not work.
• Slow: hysteria2’s advantage is largest on lossy networks. If your connection is clean but still slow, check the red/yellow/green light on the region list and switch to a green region.
